At Wicked Strong, we’re all about keeping things simple, sustainable, and wicked reliable—from the way we make our cleaners to the way we deliver them to your door. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another with tracking information when it ships.

Please note: During peak times or sales, processing may take an extra day or two—but we always do our best to keep things moving fast.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Sustainable Packaging

In true Wicked Strong spirit, we use recyclable or reused packaging materials whenever possible. Our goal is to minimize waste at every step—from our ingredients to our shipping supplies.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email so you can follow it from our Maine workshop straight to your door.

If you don’t see your tracking info within a few days, check your spam folder—or reach out to us at info@wickedstrongproducts.com and we’ll get you squared away.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to ensure speedy delivery, but weather, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons can sometimes cause hiccups. We’ll always communicate any major delays and do what we can to make it right.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at info@wickedstrongproducts.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the affected items as quickly as possible.
